It is always encouraging to hear MPs speak up in support of an English Parliament, especially when they say it so plainly. Labour MP and former Welfare Minister, Frank Field, said today: "I hope to still be around when we see an English parliament established because that is what voters want and what justice demands".
You just can't say it better than that. Nice one, Frank- why not get in touch with the CEP?
